My Ally’s global footprint continues to expand with our presence at the exclusive, invitation-only SuccessConnect London 2019 for HR solutions providers, leaders and professionals.

SAP’s flagship event for HR leaders and professionals focuses on their SuccessFactors applicant tracking system, while also creating opportunities for solutions providers, HR leaders and tech buyers, and other stakeholders to meet, connect and share ideas on the future of talent and work.

This year, My Ally was invited as a preferred recruiting productivity solution for users of SuccessFactors. Our growing partnership with SAP has been key to the success of our breakout year in the European market, and SuccessConnect London enabled us to connect in person with customers and prospects alike.

It was a privilege to be in the audience for numerous breakout sessions, keynotes and panel discussions that facilitated healthy debate around HR ethics and trends, candidate experience, the future of work, and more. Leaders from SAP’s teams partnered with HR leaders and influencers from around the world to stir up engaging conversations on a wide range of topics.

SAP’s Director of Solutions Marketing Jeff Mills facilitated one such discussion, “Transforming the Culture of Talent Acquisition”. Among the key insights from panelist Philip Clarke of Serco Group included advice to “always start your transformation initiative with the experience in mind, and always look at it as you have you have three customers: the candidate, the hiring manager, and the recruiter.”

As always, an event as prestigious as SuccessConnect London offered My Ally the opportunity to network with executives, customers and representatives interested in building or advancing hybrid workforces, where people and machines work in tandem to create the best possible HR experiences.

“SuccessConnect was an incredible event. We met with stakeholders from numerous customers and prospects, and learned more about SAP’s vision to continue advancing the power of SuccessFactors,” said Carter Perez, My Ally’s VP of Sales.
