In May 2019, we reaffirmed our position as a global name in HR tech through thought leadership, public appearances, a very special partnership and more. Here’s what happened at My Ally HQ during the past month.
For a while now, we’ve been focused on strengthening our position as an HR platform with global deployment appeal. As part of that strategy, we’ve partnered SAP as a preferred recruiting productivity solution for customers of their SuccessFactors applicant tracking system. Read more about this alliance here.
We know how important talent is to success. That’s exactly why we never stop our search for people and leaders whose missions align with our own. Last month we added several new faces to the My Ally roster. Key among these is our hiring of Carter Perez as My Ally’s VP of Sales.
Carter joins us with 30 years of experience in sales and leadership positions. He is responsible for driving global customer acquisition and business development at My Ally, with a focus on growing the company’s enterprise client base. Carter is also the founder and CEO of go-to-market and demand generation consulting firm Revenue Chemists.
My Ally Around the World
With a spot confirmed at UNLEASH America 2019, May was a big opportunity for My Ally to impress HR leaders with our holistic approach to talent life cycle management. Down in Las Vegas, we met HR leaders like candidate champion Gerry Crispin and analytics leader Stacia Sherman Garr.
We were also delighted to see our CEO Deepti Yenireddy flying the flag for HR tech during the panel discussion ‘Data Scientists vs. Practitioners: The Great Debate’, alongside talent leaders like Kevin Blair of IBM and Chris Long of Sydney Metro.
All our product activity at My Ally is focused on people. We’re always looking for ways to translate that approach to everything else, including what we say. Covering a range of topics and opinions, here are our standout blog posts from this month.
