Stacy Martin has joined AI-powered HR platform My Ally as Director of Customer Success at the Palo Alto office.

Prior to his current role, Stacy helped scale several Bay Area start-ups in a number of technical roles focused on Sales and Customer Success. Most recently, he was a Senior Solutions Architect at Plutora. Stacy has also served as Senior Director of Customer Success at Signifyd, Danal, and Tapjoy.

In his previous roles, Stacy garnered a well-earned reputation in the Bay Area for historically low churn rates and rapid onboarding times.

A quick-thinking, creative leader, Stacy has excelled in fast-paced environments for 25 years. He has led Customer Success, Customer Support and Merchant Services teams with a focus on strategy, team-building, training and implementation. Stacy is also a talented speaker and writer with a knack for forging solid working relationships.

Originally from Hawaii, Stacy lives in San Jose with his wife, two kids and two dogs. When not working with customers, Stacy enjoys taking road trips with his family, sports and playing the ukulele.
